·        Provide support to International division
o   Provide global network Support (firewalls, routers, switches, and other network appliances) – over 32 locations
o   Provide 24 x 7 global support for all data center and cloud services (FUZE / VoIP, Rackspace, AWS, and other)
o   Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for all 32 locations internal LAN (servers, AD, switches, AP’s)
  • Manage, lead, and mentor the IT team in all areas that includes network, servers, messaging, data center, and support staff
  • Develop and maintain high levels of 24 x 7 IT systems reliability and customer service
  • Establish performance and monitoring tools, implement best practices and policies set forth by IT management, and forecasting of system capacity
  • Identify, propose, and execute infrastructure improvement projects to maintain and improve infrastructure performance, capacity, and reliability
  • Define day to day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of infrastructure. Maintain operations day to day runbook and task
  • Recommend and manage continuous improvement of service delivery, operational practices and support services
  • Implement, operate and support of all network appliance, Wintel server infrastructure, including VMWare and Citrix Xen virtualization strategies, provide support to enterprise DNS, DC, and other services.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and replication software to ensure high availability as defined by the business and senior management
  • Collaborate with engineering and admins, internal and external on technology life cycle and procurement process. Lead negotiations with potential vendors
  • Manage the change control process for all infrastructure changes
  • Manage vendor relationships, service level agreement, and contracts
  • Manage IT capital budgets
  • Must be a team player, willingness to contribute to high and low level task as needed
Experience and Skills:
  • 10 + years of managing large IT infrastructure, supporting organizations of over 1,000 people in multiple locations.
  • 10 + years of knowledge of data center operations, telecommunications, network engineering, datacenter applications, client/server computing, and production operations support. Specific technologies of note include but not limited to: Microsoft Server & Client operating system and VoIP and Networking, VMware, Citrix, Cisco IBM iSeries, and multi-carrier WANs.
  • Experience in related IT disciplines such as data center processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, database administration and outsourced systems.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities. Ability to lead cross functional project teams in implementing projects of a complex nature.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and planning at a strategic, global level. Ability to translate strategic plans into specific objectives, and to create and execute project plans to achieve objectives.
  • A deep understanding of the interdependent relationship between infrastructure, information security and the applications/services they enable as well as the criticality of maintaining strong connections between the respective teams within IT.
  • Capable of communicating professionally to all levels of management and users. Ability to interact with senior management and influence decision makers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities, and to redirect managers and teams toward new objectives.
  • Functional understanding of project management principles and their application to Infrastructure projects and teams. Formal project management expertise preferred.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
