BGI has multiple positions available on a project in Denver. CO. Remote work is possible but local candidates are preferred. Must be available to travel to Denver
Location: Denver, CO. Local candidates preferable. This is a remote position and will required to attend work on-site at least once a month. Non-local candidates are acceptable but must be willing to travel as needed (mostly once a month) Client will cover travel expenses.
Responsible for participating as an Engineer, troubleshooting issues that have been escalated and providing technical solutions to operational problems. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in the CAS operating area. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a final line of resolution in a complex and crucial environment. This is a second-tier technical support environment which interfaces with internal technicians. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.
Engineer will support activity remotely or while based in Denver
Engineer resource will be required to work on shifts, including 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Engineer resource could be expected to support after-hours maintenance windows as required
Engineer resource will take specific direction from project leads, project manager and identified customer’s management team
We seek an engineer that is familiar with and can troubleshoot input and output issues on the following devices or technology. Must have cable, video and telecom industry experience along with any 5-6 skills given in the list below.
