Working with users and vendors to develop and gather understanding of business requirements and systems design.

Documenting existing business and operational processes as well as future state

Coordinating as well as facilitating business requirement and design solution meetings

Performing detailed analysis, prepare Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, review vendor specifications ensuring requirements are accurately addressed.

Creating and maintaining Jira Epic, features, stories and related work tasks, providing and updating as necessary the Acceptance Criteria.

Participating in all project stand-ups, defect triage, and sprint planning activities.

Understanding Host applications and perform integrated testing with host.

Developing communication and training strategies to support user acceptance testing and implementation.

Creating reference, procedural and training materials for multiple audiences

Reviewing and/or executing training as needed and participate in rollout/implementation.

4 years or more business analyst experience
-
2 years Retail industry experience, with a focus on store operations, in-store systems and host interfaces and systems

Experience with IBM Sterling OMS Preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong inter-personal, communication, organization skills and initiative.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Proactive self-starter who can drive to conclusion

Experience with Agile methodology and Jira handling multiple priorities and reprioritize accordingly.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
