The Business Architect will be a key member of the team at our client. We are looking for individuals who want to grow professionally and make an impact on the business transformation of a $2 billion USD company.
 
The Business Architect is responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing business changes using technology-enabled solutions. Business Architects are tasked with facilitating workshops and requirements sessions to gain an understanding of current state processes and technology. From the sessions’ outputs, the Business Architect will map out a future state that includes improved process definition as well as best-practice architecture and implementation of a selected platform.  The Business Architect also designs and deploys solutions that support  business processes and requirements.  This individual must be able to manage and deliver components that include analysis of current state business process and technology, process and functional design, and future state business architecture for new capability enablement.

You Possess:
Strong executive presence, including ability to partner with and effectively influence multiple stakeholders
10+ years’ experience in leadership position, with functional knowledge in sales enablement
Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders
Experience leading workshops in change management and user levels
Strong Knowledge of sales systems, processes and data, and business operations
Experience in software implementation and integration
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment
An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of focus
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn
Detail-oriented with effective communication skills
Customer-focused passion
Results-driven, metrics oriented
Proficiency in MS Office products
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent
You Will Be Responsible For:
Work with the business to align strategic goals and objectives
Business case development with clear financial metrics of success
A relentless focus on business outcomes
Interpret our business needs and translate those needs into technology and operational requirements
Interpret process flows or system diagrams and create future state versions that highlight the advantages of recommendations
Lead cross-functional workshops for process analysis and architecture requirements gathering and, in conjunction with other team members, produce professional design documents
Identify gaps in process mapping and apply industry knowledge to fill those gaps
Lead sessions to articulate findings, recommendations and finalize solution documents for sign off and hand off to development or deployment team members
Continue to act as a subject matter expert
Contribute to practice thought leadership, body of knowledge and service development
Participate in the development and cultivation of business relationships
Mentoring junior team members
 
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MBA, or other relevant degree
