Responsible for project management of the enablement of RDOF services in the 9 states classified as BAU Deployments
• Provides day-to-day coordination of and direction to project resources, including architectural orchestration between teams
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to process and technology
• Assist in auditing and managing project activities ensuring that governance controls are in place
• Defines and reports project roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics
• Identifies and monitors areas of risk
• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
• Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders
• Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
