Position Overview:

The Cloud Team is responsible for defining our go-to-market strategies to produce revenue, gross margin, and client transformation. Our obligation is to incubate our consulting capabilities and deliver business outcomes through a services first approach to digital transformation. Our client is seeking an experienced services seller that can help identify, qualify, and close services opportunities that help our customers operate more efficiently and adapt to changing needs, giving them a foundation for the future.

The Cloud Services Executive role leverages the art of the possible to help customers create a vision, make it beautiful, and then make it real. The ideal candidate is an individual who has presence and the ability to successfully exert their influence with senior leaders internally, with our partners, and with our customers. This role is the face of our Cloud Services in the field.

This is a remote position - we prefer this person to be based in surrounding area. The capability to occasionally meet or work onsite may be requested.

  • Drive selling discipline to exceed sales targets, growing, and managing sales through customer engagement, strategic use of our client's and partner resources, and pipeline management
  • Master and influence executive client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements, internal education of account executives & successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes
  • Prospect new customers while simultaneously progressing customers through sales pipeline
  • Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to further partnerships and adoption of Cloud &  Cloud Services
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Cloud &  Cloud Services
  • Regularly review and assess the cloud industry and landscape, looking for key trends, shifts in market leadership, and new disruptive cloud technologies
  • Increase mindshare, investment and integrated selling initiatives through leadership and evangelism

Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Innovative sky’s-the-limit thinker with the ability to help customers envision and architect business outcomes
  • 10+ years of software and cloud solution-based selling to senior business decision makers
  • Proven background in managing large cross-functional sales opportunities
  • Technical breadth with enterprise customer level experience in cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity and security technologies, and industry standards
  • Experience preferred in Microsoft technologies. Microsoft is our lead with partner
  • Demonstrated capability in facilitating collaboration across disparate groups and driving connections to create strong, cohesive teams with a unified vision
  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to effectively articulate
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills across the organization, from c-suite to line of business individual contributors
  • Extensive track record (wins) in architecting, solutioning, and selling cloud centric transformation and migration solutions
  • Strong understanding of all facets of services sales, positioning strategy, go-to-market strategy, and pricing
  • Bachelors’ degree required with an advanced degree preferred
