JDA Technical Lead
Job Description – our client is upgrading their JDA implementation from JDA Version 8 to Blue Yonder 2019.1. They need a strong JDA Technical Resource who has strong experience with JDA Demand and Fulfillment modules. The person must have played a technical lead role in at least one upgrade from JDA Version 7,8 or 9 to Blue Yonder 2018 or 2019. The resource will play a key role in both the planning and execution of the upgrade.

Must Have

Strong experience working as an Architect/Developer on JDA Implementations

Played a technical lead role on at least one upgrade from JDA Version 7,8, or 9 to Blue Yonder 2018 or 2019

Must be very hands on and able to do design, build and test work as part of the upgrade team

Strong hands on experience with JDA Demand Planning - understanding it from a functional standpoint and strong expertise with the data structures

Strong hands on experience with JDA Fulfillment - understanding it from a functional standpoint and strong expertise with the data structures

Expert coding skills with both Perl and PL/SQL

Experience designing and building integrations between JDA and another platform/package for execution

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Strong experience with Oracle Database
Nice to Have

Exposure to iSeries platform and DB2 would be a plus

Experience with Message Queueing Systems and Enterprise Service Bus Architecture
