Description:
The Director, Enterprise Digital Products owns the delivery of the product roadmap across the clients Network for Sites.  This role reports to the Head of Product and User Experience and is integral in maintaining the holistic vision across all digital product lines.  They manage the day-to-day intake of new feature requests, lead cross-functional story grooming, and assists with prioritization across all product streams, and reports up any conflicts and blockers amongst the team. 
  • Manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and work with Head of product, Design team, and IT lead(s) to ensure features meet organizational goals and standards;
  • Oversee the cross-product backlog ensuring CT, business, marketing, and IT needs are being prioritized and communicated out to business owners;
  • Manage cross-functional grooming teams from the requirements gathering process, to feature and design review, to implementation with effective communication across each step;
  • Assist with product launches by coordinating with marketing and corporate communication teams to promote key new products;
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure product promotion is consistent with product strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed;
  • Manage and communicate KPIs across digital products be ensuring development teams implement the appropriate tracking tools and effectively communicate analytics findings to cross-functional teams to drive product growth, feature sets, and completely new products.
 
Qualifications/Other:
  • 10+ Years of digital marketing/product management experience
  • Experience and comfort level with various analytics and market research tools;
  • Creative background to turn user problems into digital experience opportunities;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and products efficiently at the same time;
  • Ability to manage cross functional teams
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally;
  • Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners;
  • Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills;
  • Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout the full lifecycle;
  • Proven ability to develop best in class digital products; 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related areas such as Marketing and Analytics
  • Sports industry experience preferred;
