Description:

As a Deployment Lead, you guide a new client from the late stages of purchase through to their bookkeeping migration. It is the Deployment Lead s responsibility to understand the services the client has selected, interpret all the information gathered during the sales process, and capture all the remaining information required from the client to make their deployment successful. This includes assisting and training clients as they provide credentials  to enable our services. A person with complete knowledge and mastery of the lifecycle of a client from presales to healthy client is necessary. In this position it is also necessary to conduct multiple presentations and calls to help credential setup, facilitate an initial orientation of deployment process in a product presentation, set appropriate client expectations, request documentation, write the initial form of a Client Playbook as a list of services we perform, conduct a briefing and handoff to accounting services. It is incredibly important  that continuity and health measurement in the first few weeks, overlapping with both our expectations and services rendered, are successful. The person will have a focus on being highly organized in managing a matrix of clients that would include both direct and indirect business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Assessment of Services
  • Confirming services and additional accounting service offerings and how it applies to clients
  • Ability to assess QBO clients' books and confirm list of services (included and additional)
  • Credential all financial, payroll, sales and any other system tied to the GL Accounting software with our services
  • Obtain or create Playbook (document client services and procedures that clients do today and how they do it)
  • Client Deployment Presentation and Orientation
  • Deliver and present multiple Deployment Presentations Calls that provide:
  • Orientation of Credentialing and demo of our software and services
  • Describe the deployment process, expectations of the client and timeliness
  • Set agenda and reinforce the services being performed
  • Set cadence for calls and calendar of events with client
  • Initial Client Training and Orientation of our Portal
  • Demo and train clients on Financial Hub for direct clients
  • Demo and train client partners on Practice Management Suite
  • Client Follow-up and Management
  • Confirm and persist on getting clients credentialed on our platform for services to commence
  • Act as the intermediary during the initial phases of deployment for all confirmations of integration and financial institution access
  • Serve as a liaison between accounting services and client along with prescribed additional services if necessary
  • Project manage each client or partner services and software onboarding
  • Client Health Checks
  • Monitor and maintain a list of accounts and the status of each phase of the deployment workflow process
  • Maintain existing status reports weekly on the calendar of New Deployments, On-boarded clients and Large Clients
  • Large Partner Support
  • Potential routine on-site visits to our largest clients to continue to support deployment and enhancement of services in the replacement of bookkeeping services

Requirements for Role:

  • Comfortable with accounting principles with orientation and understanding of Quickbooks Online
  • Great project management Skills, time management and documenting skills
  • Proven delivery of outcomes in client or project-based environments in either a consultative or project management capacity
  • Understanding of customer success principles and metrics
  • Comfortable demonstrating and interacting with clients to resolve and understand services they will be consuming
  • Organized and meticulous calendar practices with an ability to bring together matrixed client environments and people
  • BA in associated discipline or 4 -5 years experience in client success, accounting technical support, staff accounting, project management or consultative roles (technical or finance)
