identify, prioritize, and complete project milestones for the assigned program and
communicating status and ensuring work is executed on time, on budget, within the
requirements and quality standards defined. The PjM will work closely with the
Program Lead, a Technology executive in close partnership to drive the tactical
execution and also apply a strategic lens to influence the roadmap and milestones.

analytical skills and sound judgment. The PjM role is not a pass through of information
that is restricted to reporting and escalation, but a role where the individual must assess
the situation, identify possible solutions, weigh the pros and cons of each one, and
present optimal responses with mitigation action plans.
