Defect Response Center Test Lead:
Responsibilities:
· Triage of new defects coming in from the different test teams
· Lead testing efforts for incoming Video defects to verify if defect is code or environment
· Coordinate testing of incoming defects across multiple head-ends
· Coordinate with various testing teams within the organization to expedite defect triage
· Gather metrics and generate reports around defects (root cause, age, resolution time for defects, …)
· Report on defect trends, identify patterns to defects and flag potential risks

Required Skills:
· 3+ years of experience in cable domain
· 3+ years as a test lead in a technology industry
· Strong communication and writing skills
· Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
· Sound programming skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project)
