Junior Drupal Developer
We are looking for back-end PHP developers with Drupal experience to assist in developing a series of Drupal sites for our clients. Rather than just a Drupal specialist, we seek a professional with database skills, understanding of web development fundamentals, strong computer science fundamentals, and an eye for quality. We're looking for a team player who's ready to learn.
Responsibilities:

Develop multiple Drupal based sites

Build custom Drupal themes and plugins
-
Concurrent development with a small team of other developers in the same project

Development using local Linux VM to host site
Required skills and qualifications:
-
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience
-
Must have built and deployed at least 2 Drupal sites with custom themes and/or plugins.

Strong PHP development skills
-
Basic understanding of MVC as applies to web development
-
Working knowledge of MySQL, and ability to write SQL queries

Basic HTML/JS/CSS skills
-
Working understanding of git, particularly branching and merging
Bonus skills:

Core Linux command line skills

Excellent front-end HTML/CSS skills
-
Experience working in multiple environments, and migration between environments

Knowledge of web application security fundamentals

Strong Linux administration skills
