Description:
This Lead is responsible for developing and implementing the Communications, Readiness & Training strategy, plans and deliverables for a major IT & Retail transformation project. This project will be delivered to our Retail stores in North America and Europe.
 
Responsibilities:
•       Lead the development and execution of deliverables including Change Management Plan, Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Communications Plan, Training Plan, Business Readiness and Engagement plan
•       Partner with Consultant partners to ensure Coach Change Management strategy is integrated with overall project approach and activities.
•       Participate in project team and stakeholder meetings to understand broader project context. Ensure alignment of plan with overall project plan;  identify interdependencies, gaps, and risks
•       Ensure change management work plan and deliverables are executed according to Change Management Plan
•       Lead activities to clarify role & responsibility and processes changes in the future state 
•       Lead engagement activities with stakeholders (Global Business Leaders, Department Leads, Impacted employees, etc.); includes identifying stakeholders and their roles in the future state, assessing individual, team and organizational impacts, developing engagement approach by stakeholder group, socializing and implementing the engagement plan
•       Understand learning needs, design curriculum & training delivery approach by audience, develop and potentially facilitate training. Measure learning outcomes globally
•       Support existing Communications & Store Operations Leads with project communications, including developing communications, coordinating reviews with business leaders, supporting distribution. Leverage Coach resources and existing channels.
•       Manage and facilitate iterative technology release communication as the technology is built and released in waves.
•       Develop approach for measuring and actively incorporating rollout feedback and response. Monitor readiness, change impacts response & engagement. Develop & implement approach for measuring adoption.
•       Act as the point person on assigned change management activities among global stakeholders in NA and Europe.
•       Work with IT to connect project delivery implications with broader change impacts within Coach
•       Participate in recurring and ad-hoc project meetings, provide prep/support when needed
 
Qualifications/Skills:
•       Minimum 7+ years of dedicated OCM, Communications and Training experience in a project environment
•       Must have end user technology experience, with Retail execution (in the industry and/or to geographically distributed locations)
•       POS technology project experience is ideal
•       Experience working with a global footprint
•       Knowledge of best practice Change Management methodologies
•       Experience developing and delivering training is highly desirable
•       Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear, concise writing. Samples will be requested.
•       Advanced negotiating and influencing skills; polished, professional presence
•       Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
•       Process mapping skillset is a bonus.
•       Effective team player
•       Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
